"Production took kinda too long"
My order ended up taking much longer than the stated production time, and the updates weren’t very clear. I kinda had to keep checking in to see what was going on, which made the whole experience frustrating.

"Order confirmation felt a bit vague"
I got the confirmation email, but it barely had any details, so I was left kind of guessing what was actually going on with my order. Maybe their system just sends out a super basic version or something, but it definitely could’ve been clearer.

I ordered this from dearsapphire.com, and looks-wise, it was close to the photos. The design is nice and it definitely has that polished look, so my first impression was actually good.
That said, once I wore it for a few hours, I started feeling less impressed. The fabric felt a little stiff, and it got itchy around the sleeves and neckline, which made it hard to stay comfortable. The fit also felt a bit awkward when I sat down, so it wasn’t something I could fully relax in.
For a short event or a quick outing, it might be fine, but I personally wouldn’t call it a great value for everyday wear. For the price, I expected the fabric to feel softer and more comfortable.

"Refund took much longer than it should have"
I waited way longer than I expected for my refund, and I had to keep following up to get any updates. It was really frustrating and not a great experience

I was disappointed with how the personalization turned out. The name looked off to me and didn’t look anything like what I typed in, so it wasn’t what I was expecting at all.

I ordered this because the product page made it look way better than it actually is. The color and size didn’t really match what I expected from the description, and some details were just missing?! It’s not completely unusable or anything, but I really thought the info would be more accurate before buying...

"Finish was rough"
It just didn’t look finished properly. The edges were uneven, there were little marks I noticed right away, and the whole thing kind of felt like it was rushed. For what I paid, I expected it to be a lot cleaner and better put together. Disappointing, and I don’t think I’d order again.

I tried to do an exchange and it took forever. Support kept giving me the same copy-paste replies and making vague promises like “we’re looking into it” or “it’ll be resolved soon,” but nothing actually moved forward for ages. The whole process was frustrating and way more annoying than expected.

"Slow replies from what I remember"
From what I remember, getting help from customer service was really frustrating. I messaged them about my order and waited days without any proper response, which made me feel like I was being ignored. I ended up having to follow up again, and even then the answer wasn’t clear. It just wasn’t the kind of experience I expected, and based on that, I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I ordered this sapphire because I’ve been slowly looking at stones for a little project I’ve had in mind, and the photos made the color look really vibrant. In person, the color was still nice, but it wasn’t as bright as it looked online. The cut also seemed a little uneven to me when I was checking it by the window in the afternoon light. It’s still a gem overall, just not quite as impressive as I was hoping for.

I bought this thinking it would be nice as a gift, but the box looked cheap in person. It didn’t have that special or polished feel I was hoping for. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “That’s the packaging it comes with,” which wasn’t super helpful. I ended up not wanting to give it as-is...

"Packaging was disappointing again"
My order showed up on time, so at least that part was fine, but the packaging was disappointing again. The box looked a little crushed, and the inside felt cheap for what I paid. Nothing was actually broken, thankfully, but it really didn’t seem like the items were protected that well. It’s just frustrating to run into the same kind of issue again because it makes the whole order feel less premium. I really hope they improve the packaging because it does make a difference.

I had an issue with my order the whole support experience was really frustrating. Every reply felt like the same copy-paste response, and then I’d wait days just to hear back again. Nothing was ever properly fixed, and after a while it felt like they were hoping I’d just give up and go away. It left me with the impression that they’re more focused on keeping the money than actually helping customers. Disappointing.

I found the website confusing and hard to navigate. I kept getting stuck trying to figure out where things were, and it made the whole experience frustrating. I probably wouldn’t recommend it to a friend unless it gets a bit easier to use.

I spent some time browsing because I really wanted to find something I liked, but the selection felt limited. A lot of the pieces looked way too similar, and the sizes or colors I would’ve actually considered weren’t available. I don’t think I’m being too picky either, for a jewelry site, I just expected more variety. I ended up leaving without buying anything because nothing really felt worth settling for.
